Shipping Policy

Our order processing time is 2-3 days and shipping is 3-5 days. Orders placed before 3:00 PM MT will be processed the same say and shipped within 24 hrs. Any orders placed on the weekend will not be shipped until the next business day. Please allow 24-48 hrs for shipping information to update via USPS before reaching out to us.

Elevated Minks is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damages packages. All items are final sale, no refunds or returns will be accepted due to sanitary reasons. Refunds or cancellations can only be made before an item is shipped. For security reasons please verify that you enter the correct shipping address as we will not be able to change it after the order has been placed. If the address has a typo or a small mistake please contact us immediately at shop.elevated.minks@gmail.com to sort the issue out.
